A great addition to my workout routine. Rowing combined with interval floor workouts that allow you to challenge yourself. Coaches are great and will help modify the workout to meet your level.

Your never too old to begin rowing, it is a nice diversion from the standard weight training classes I take. I’m 66 and have no problem keeping up with the 65 year olds in the class and would highly recommend trying a Buffalo rowing class to anyone at any age.
Buffalo Row classes are fun and just the right amount of challenging! I was totally hooked after one class, I would recommend it to anyone looking to mix up their exercise routine.
